Hemp Protein Pancakes
Our friends at YoLife perfected Hemp Protein pancakes recipe using our refreshingly delicious banana flavoured Royal Hemp protein powder. - ½ cup oats blended to powder
- 1 tbsp almond meal
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Half of 1 banana – mashed
- 1 egg & 1 egg-white (for vegan option use egg replacer/flax egg)
- 1 scoop of Royal Hemp banana protein powder Buy Now
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Blend all ingredients together, heat up coconut oil on a fry pan, scoop a small amount of batter and fry on each side for a few minutes till golden colour. Serve up with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
