Hemp Protein Pancakes

Our friends at YoLife perfected Hemp Protein pancakes recipe using our refreshingly delicious banana flavoured Royal Hemp protein powder. Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats blended to powder
  • 1 tbsp almond meal
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Half of 1 banana – mashed
  • 1 egg & 1 egg-white (for vegan option use egg replacer/flax egg)
  • 1 scoop of Royal Hemp banana protein powder Buy Now
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together, heat up coconut oil on a fry pan, scoop a small amount of batter and fry on each side for a few minutes till golden colour. Serve up with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
