How do you start your day? This creamy Maca-based Bircher Muesli can be easily made the night before so the next day you can have a BOMB breakfast: loaded with fibre, healthy fats, probiotics & protein😍 I love Maca as it has an earthy caramel taste and it’s known as an adaptogen, energiser and hormone balancer! Simply soak oats/ muesli with yogurt, Maca Madness and splash of nut milk overnight and top with your favourite fruits/ granola the next morning! Super easy & delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats/ muesli
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • Splash of nut milk to thin
  • 1 scoop Royal Hemp Maca Madness & 1 tsp Maca powder
  • Toppings: Chocolate protein bar, Blackstrap Molasses, Almonds, Teff Flakes + fresh strawberries 🍓 & golden Kiwi

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients except toppings in a bowl and soak overnight.
  2. Next morning top with toppings of choice and enjoy straight away.
