If you’re looking for a high-protein dip with hidden greens (aka more fibre, essential vitamins & minerals) this is the one!! I LOVE HUMMUS and this greeny one does not disappoint at all!! Some excellent serving ideas: carrot & celery sticks (they make such great healthy & high-protein snacks!!), rice cakes and my homemade hemp protein veggie balls (recipe coming soon!)

  • 1 can or 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup chickpea liquid or water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (~ 1 large)
  • 1/3 cup Royal Hemp Hemp seeds  Buy Now
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp Royal Hemp Hemp Seed oil to drizzle  Buy Now
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • Salt & black pepper to taste


Blend everything in a food processor until smooth. Serve with desired sides.
