HAPPY GUT BEAUTIFYING SMOOTHIE

This smoothie combines two of my favourite foods in the world: PAPAYA & AVOCADO! Blended with creamy yogurt for some probiotic benefits, hemp for omega 3&6, and optional hemp protein powder for a good protein boost = PERFECT BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE.
PAPAYA is incredibly nutritious with tons of vitamin C, antioxidants, digestive enzymes and folate; whereas AVOCADO is packed with skin-loving healthy fats and minerals!!
