Turmeric is one of my favourite spices to cook with – love its colour and the warming, anti-inflammatory benefits. This glowing turmeric oatmeal bowl paired with healthy fats from hemp seeds, and vibrant vitamins and antioxidants from fresh fruits will definitely give your breakfast a super health kick!

Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice e.g. coconut sugar, maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Royal Hemp hemp seeds, plus more for topping BuyNow

Directions:
- Bring everything except hemp seeds and protein powder (if using) in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium, stir frequently, and cook until desired consistency.
- Turn off the heat, stir in hemp seeds and protein powder. Serve with more hemp seeds and toppings of choice e.g. fresh fruits, granola, nuts or seeds (pictured: fresh blueberries, chopped apples, almond butter, muesli and raspberry cookies).
- Take a quick shot for the gram and devour!:)
