One minute single-serving vegan Hemp Chocolate Hazelnut mug cake
- 1/3 cup of wholemeal self-raising flour
- 1 scoop of Royal Hemp Choc-Hazelnut Protein (Buy Here)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (add some more if the mixture is looking a little dry)
- sweetener of choice (as much as desired) e.g. stevia, coconut sugar, agave etc.
Simply mix all the dry ingredients together in a mug then mix in the wet ingredients.
Microwave for 1 minute and take it out and stab a fork into it. If it comes out clean/dry, leave to cool for a few minutes. If not clear, microwave for another 20 seconds and repeat until the fork comes out dry/clear.
Once it’s cooled down add your toppings and enjoy!
