Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds – vitamin b12, iron, zinc, magnesium
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed oil – natural anti-inflammatory, fights depression and anxiety
  • 1 tbsp LSA mix – skin and hair health
  • 40 grams oats – reduces the risk of heart disease
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup – a great source of Vitamin 2
