Hemp Protein Banana Muffins

Try these delicious, moist and full of flavour banana hemp muffins that are full of good nutrients and will surely satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GF Flour
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup banana flavoured Royal Hemp protein powder (Click here to buy)
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs (optional, use more applesauce if not using eggs)
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 nuts of choice
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (Click here to buy)
  • 1 tablespoon Royal Hemp organic cold pressed hemp seed oil (Click here to buy)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or your choice of sweetener

*Feel free to add in any berries

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients except nuts in blender until combined.
  • Stir in nuts manually once all blended
  • Spoon into muffin tins
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 30 min approximately.
