Hemp Protein Banana Muffins
Try these delicious, moist and full of flavour banana hemp muffins that are full of good nutrients and will surely satisfy your sweet tooth.
- 1 cup GF Flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup banana flavoured Royal Hemp protein powder (Click here to buy)
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs (optional, use more applesauce if not using eggs)
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/2 nuts of choice
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (Click here to buy)
- 1 tablespoon Royal Hemp organic cold pressed hemp seed oil (Click here to buy)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or your choice of sweetener
*Feel free to add in any berries
- Mix all ingredients except nuts in blender until combined.
- Stir in nuts manually once all blended
- Spoon into muffin tins
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 min approximately.
