Keto Hemp Smoothie
Keto Hemp Smoothie. Following a keto diet but craving a creamy smoothie? We’ve got just the recipe. While many smoothies are high in carbs, this recipe is keto-compliant because it features only a small amount of frozen Blackberries. We amped up the smoothie’s fat content by including a serving of Royal Hemp Oil. And we sprinkled in some Chia Seeds, which are low in carbs and full of omega-3 s and essential amino acids.
Ingredients:
- Royal Hemp Vanilla Stevia protein powder (Click here to buy)
- Water or Coconut/Almond milk
- Half an avocado
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
- Raw Cacao
- Blackberries (or berries of your choice)
- 1 Tablespoon of Royal Hemp Oil (Click here to buy)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutri bullet and blend for 30-60 seconds. For an extra hit of energy, add 1 tablespoon of MCT oil Sprinkle with Hemp seeds for an added crunch!
